BIO:

DC Native, Tania Yates's life's purpose has revolved around authentically engaging and empowering people to be proactive about improving personal health goals.

Her volunteering experiences at Martha's Table, the Washington Center for Aging Services, and the YMCA influenced her outlook on many aspects of wellness and the need to educate and connect people with resources to take control of their own health.

Tania has over 20 years combined experience as a personal fitness trainer, hostess, server, marketing/brand specialist, special events planner, experiential brand ambassador, corporate trainer, chef, and supervisor for companies within the food, health, and wellness industries.

She has received multiple recognitions as an M.V.P. and for her above and beyond service and teamwork. Chef Tania is a natural-born cook and has always cooked from her heart. While pregnant, she finished Culinary Training and received her Serv Safe Certification. She has focused her talents in being creative in the kitchen and preparing delicious custom healthy meals, juices, smoothies for clients. She also enjoys making healthy baby food for her happy and active toddler, King Tre.
